The opportunity
Our client is going through major growth period and doubling in revenue on yearly basis. They are looking to hire a real HUNTER with considerable sales experience from another MR agency. You will be business development leader, running an outbound sales that keeps growing the business even further.
Your key duties and responsibilities
You will be heading the business development within the agency, bringing in brand new clients, working closely with the research teams developing existing key accounts, and increasing the number of proposals going out. You will be designing sales campaigns, and over time start building your own Sales team around you.
Key requirements
We are looking for someone with full of energy, not afraid to start a new division from zero, and have strategic mind in terms who would be the target clients and how to win their business.
In order to be considered for the role you need to have proven sales records for five plus where you can demonstrate hitting and overachieving the targets on yearly basis.
You need to have experience from the UK, and from another MR agency and have experience learning and developing more junior members of the team.
Please note only successful candidate will be contacted, and you need to be based in or near London in order to commute to the office several times per wk. And have valid working permit.
