About you
With ideally 2+ years' experience supporting across tracking and adhoc projects from brief to delivery in an agency environment, you will love delving into complex data sets and answering a range of brand and business questions. You will be familiar with the full project process including methodology design, data analysis (using Q) and delivery. Your experience must have a quantitative lean and you will possess strong analytical capabilities and be keen to develop these skills further.
Team fit will be really important. As a small team they value collaboration, openness, and kindness. This is a no egos environment, and no idea is too small and no person too junior to be taken seriously. They do yearly offsites and strategy sessions and loads of lovely social events, so the team really get along well and like spending time together.
