Our client is a niche online survey platform running national and international projects for global clients aiming to deliver high-quality research and services to their clients. They pride themselves on owning their particular industry.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of successful agency experience (mixed methodology), Quant is a MUST
- Experience in Customer Feedback surveys
- Experience in online research and tracking
- Experience with managing clients and their projects so deliverables are met and expectations are clearly communicated
- Experience in managing research ops and commercial teams to provide projects updates and ensure work is delivered on time.
This role is based in UK and successful candidates need to be UK based along with a valid working permit/visa.
