Job Spec: At the forefront of market research, we are seeking a passionate Qualitative Consultant at the Senior Research Executive (SRE) or Research Manager (RM) level to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage qualitative research projects end-to-end, engaging with high-profile clients in a collaborative and high-performance environment.
The Role
As a Qualitative Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our research projects, delivering insightful, actionable findings to our clients. This role demands a mix of creativity, analytical prowess, and excellent client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement qualitative research methodologies and tools.
- Manage end-to-end research projects, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
- Engage with clients, presenting findings and recommendations that inform their strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance research quality and efficiency.
- 4+ years of qualitative market research experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in managing and conducting various qualitative methodologies (e.g. focus groups, in-depth interviews).
- Demonstrated ability to analyse qualitative data and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of market research projects.
