Insight is the heart of the organisation, with the focus of this role ensuring the voice of students is championed in the creation and improvement of products and services that meet market needs now and in the future.

Join a highly visible Insight team as an Insight Lead, in a prominent role ensuring the student audience wants and needs are heard across the organisation and beyond!

Working closely with policy and marketing heads, as well as creating the strategy for student insight, you will devise and lead influential thought leadership studies to heighten the organisations profile and impact. Utilising a range of research methods, quantitative, qualitative and secondary, you will both commission studies working with suppliers as well as manage projects in-house, so you will need a strong track record in market research gained either on the agency or clientside, ideally with expertise in the youth or education sectors. Additionally you will analyse multiple data sources on student behaviour, integrating with primary student insights to inform strategy and business goals.

Communicating strategic insights to a non-expert audiences, the successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills combined with highly analytical approach. An assured self-starter is sought, with a passion for insight, keen to lead and succeed in a dynamic, inclusive environment in which every day brings a new, exciting challenge!

Based in the South West, this organisation is offers hybrid working and is ideally looking for the successful candidate to be based in the office 2 days a week.
