Logit is looking for an energetic and motivated Senior Project Manager (Qualitative) to join our growing company.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex client accounts while providing guidance to Account Managers and mentoring other members of the Project Management team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of challenging projects in alignment with standard Project Manager responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources efficiently.
• Supervise project lifecycle stages, including setup, programming, testing, data collection, coding, and tabulation.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and deliverables.
• Maintain transparent communication with internal teams and clients throughout project lifecycles.
• Analyze project performance, offering proactive suggestions for enhancement and identifying areas of concern.
• Serve as a resource and escalate problems as necessary, aiding in troubleshooting and solutionfinding.
• Contribute to team-wide training sessions and develop training materials.
• Ensure the organization and currency of the project database.
• Complete project closure and associated documentation within specified timelines.
• Proficiently manage projects utilizing various methodologies (CATI, CAWI, Qualitative).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

• Support departmental growth by identifying staffing, technological, and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the development of new tools/software as requested.
• Foster a positive team environment.

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in quantitative research methodologies and familiarity with industry software (e.g., Voxco, Confirmit).
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service through clear communication and project management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve objectives independently with a high level of quality.

Working Conditions & Environment

• Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM EST - 9:00 PM EST, with schedules determined by your manager.
• Availability for mobile contact and remote access as needed.
• Willingness to be available after hours when required.
• Ongoing support and mentoring provided by departmental Team Leaders.
