Job Spec: On behalf of a quirky, boutique, established and passionate agency, we are looking for an experienced Qualitative Research Manager to join their growing team!

With offices in Central London that have just been renovated, our client have an incredible family-feel, all-hands-on-deck culture, where they focus on conducting outstanding qualitative and quantitative insight-led work for their clients.

They are looking for a talented, ambitious and enthusiastic qualitative specialist who thrives on being hands on with end-to-end projects. You will have existing experience from a market research agency, and have an interest in the media/tech or gaming/betting sectors.


Responsibilities

  • Maintaining existing client relationships
  • Exceeding high standards of your portfolio of clients, but with a specific focus on being the account lead for a major gaming/betting client 40% of your time
  • Actively contributing to their collaborate approach, increasing the motivation and success of the team
  • Complete autonomy and ownership of the full project life cycle.

Requirements
  • A background in gaming/betting ideally
  • Extensive experience from another market research agency where you've been hands on throughout your career
  • A keen eye for advanced methodologies for high-level strategic projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An energetic and passionate self-starter is key.
