Job Spec: Our client is a MR agency working with renowned brands, advertising agencies and media entities, and they are looking for someone to head up the Data Processing team and external freelancers and suppliers amongst.

The role will also require expertise in 'change management' and 'team management' is vital, as our client is embarking on the integration of new tools, software, concepts, ideas etc and prior exposure to such transformations is paramount. You must showcase experience in managing change to enhance operational efficiency.

You can really make your own mark here, be in charge of the implementation of new platforms, seeing what's working or not, have the opportunity to innovate/automate, meet clients, and work closely with other parts of the business.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools like Merlin, Quantum, or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years in substantial Data Processing within a Market Research agency
• A minimum of 2 years' team management experience
• Proven experience in executing and adapting changes in a role
• Openness to training and learning new software / packages as and when necessary.
