Continued growth means they are now seeking a part time, remote Operations Support Executive who already has some exposure to qualitative market research, to join the team.

Requirements:
Project Management related tasks
Assist the Operations Manager with day to day project logistics including:
- Coordination - Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Create and manage schedules; including diary updates/send to freelancers and client
- Venue booking and logistics and travel arrangements (UK and International)
- Manage incentives distribution
- Product purchase
- Basic video editing and presentation formatting
- Reconciling project related invoices and expenses.
General admin tasks
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Team diary and directors' diaries upkeep/management
- General accounts/expenses reconciliation
- Stationery and IT orders
- Business renewals (insurance, memberships).
Desired attributes
- Experience/knowledge of the market research industry, in particular Qualitative research
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Days
- Ideally part time at 28 hours, with potential of more hours if desired.
