In business since 1998, MrWeb is widely recognised as the primary daily news source for the market research profession worldwide. We also operate the job index on which you're reading this - in partnership with WIRe, ESOMAR, Greenbook and The Research Club - and have recently relaunched our directories as part of the InsightClopedia, an ambitious site including the world's largest listings of companies in the research and analytics sectors.
We have an established group of regular advertisers, but also enormous potential to grow this base. In this role you will work with existing clients to maximise revenue as well as developing new relationships across the industry - with the aid of our own regularly-updated database. With good feedback from current clients and an ongoing reaction in the media sector against the short-termism of programmatic advertising, you should find fertile ground for our hands-on approach and contextually-targeted, brand-building offer.

We are a small and agile team, headquartered in Surrey but with an option for remote work the great majority of days, after an initial period of a month or so.
The successful candidate will probably be familiar with our site and services, and will certainly have experience in working with and selling to research agencies and ResTech companies. This is a small team so you must be confident working independently, to targets and under your own initiative.
We are open to applications from people who want to work part time. For a top performer, there is potential to earn £100k per annum from a 3-day week.
