Job Spec: Are you an organised, solutions-focused Project Manager who enjoys working closely with clients and keeping complex projects running smoothly? This is a great opportunity to join an established business, supporting the delivery of innovative digital programmes for well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of projects
• Act as the main client contact and maintain timelines across all workstreams
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Oversee dashboards, data accuracy, and regular updates
• Handle change requests and keep delivery on track
• Work alongside an Account Director who leads the senior client relationship.

About You

• Experience in working in the UK in a data collection agency
• Familiarity with Confirmit or Decipher is helpful
• Highly organised and confident managing multiple moving parts
• Comfortable communicating with clients at all levels
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused.
