uSamp Expands in US and India

US online panels specialist uSamp has opened a new office in Connecticut, and formed a new project management team in India.

uSamp - formerly United Sample - was founded in 2008 by the creators of the goZing online panel.

The firm says that the new teams will provide a 'balance of local and offshore operations' to ensure clients' global online panel needs are met.

Its office in Trumbull, Connecticut has a team of eight, who join the 35 existing US staff members located at corporate headquarters in Los Angeles.

The new project management team in India comprises 15 client facing professionals, with an additional 31 people working in IT development.

'Our continuing expansion both in the US and globally is an absolute necessity for meeting our standard of providing outstanding customer service to our client base,' explains COO Suresh Subbiah. 'It's critical to have knowledgeable and well-aligned teams who not only understand different cultures but are on the ground in multiple time zones to respond to client needs whenever and wherever they arise.'
