Wildfire Rolls Out Social Media Monitor

In the US, social media marketing specialist Wildfire Interactive has launched a tool that enables companies to measure the growth of their social media audience and that of the competition across the leading social networks.

Victoria RansomBased in Silicon Valley, the company has developed a patent-pending technology platform that allows clients to create their own branded social media marketing campaigns and publish them on Facebook fan pages, company web sites (integrated with Facebook Connect), and on Twitter.

Its new 'Social Media Monitor' enables users to compare the fan and follower growth of various social objects on a single web page, and spot trends over time. The tool is able to continuously track the growth of millions of Facebook fan pages and Twitter profiles in order to deliver up-to-date and historically accurate reports on the growth of each object in the social graph.
