Specialist Employee Satisfaction Tool Launched

In the US, PinPoint Research Corporation has launched an employee engagement tool to provide credit union managers with a standardized approach to conducting staff satisfaction surveys and gauging branch performance.

Satisfied?Research firm PinPoint is the creator of myCUsurvey, a suite of online survey tools that offers standardized surveys, downloadable reports and benchmarking data designed specifically by and for the credit union industry.

The new 'myCUsurvey Employee Engagement Survey' service offers preconfigured templates to measure seven key areas of employee satisfaction: the management team, teamwork, the firm's missions and goals, opportunities for growth, communications, standard of quality, and likelihood to respond.

Surveys are conducted using myCUsurvey's integrated web/IVR (interactive voice response) system, and results are delivered through the myCUsurvey web portal.
