Splash Media Launches Community Health Check

In Dallas, TX, social media marketing company Splash Media has announced the release of 'SplashCube', a social media management tool for small to medium-sized businesses.

The system allows social media managers to grade their activities objectively as well as score the overall performance of specific managed communities. Splash media say the tool is unique in that it not only measures community growth and engagement, but also the overall effectiveness of a company's community. The software does this by making use of the accumulated experience gained by Splash Media in managing its own and its clients' communities. The tool also conducts an analysis of social media metrics data derived directly from the API's of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

In addition, managers can use the social listening tools to monitor relevant conversations taking place in social communities based on user-defined parameters.

Having conducted the health check, the system will then suggest how to improve performance.
