Confirmit Hires for New Customer Experience Role

Online survey and reporting software company Confirmit has appointed client retention specialist Claire Sporton for the newly created role of Director, Customer Experience Management, based in its London office.

Claire SportonConfirmit has more than 250 employees at its HQ in Oslo, and offices in Guildford, London, <14024>Cologne, Moscow, New York, San Francisco, and Yaroslavl, as well as partner resellers in a number of locations including Spain and Italy.

Sporton joins with a 15-year client management background which includes developing and implementing customer feedback programmes, CRM strategies and systems, and client retention initiatives.

Most recently, she served as Client Account Manager at customer loyalty specialist Satmetrix Systems; before this, she spent more than a decade at insurance firm Aon, latterly as Director of Client Engagement.

In her new role, Sporton will be tasked with recruiting and working with partners seen as potentially adding value to the Confirmit product portfolio.
