SPA Future Thinking Hires Former BrainJuicer Exec

In the UK Paul Roberts, a former MD at BrainJuicer, has joined SPA Future Thinking as Group Digital Director.

As BrainJuicer's Managing Director of Customer and Employee Experience, Roberts successfully launched the firm's SatisTraction product, which measures the motivations behind customer and employee behaviour.

In his new role Roberts, who is also the current joint chair of the MMRA's technical group, will bring together the agency's existing and new research methodologies onto a single platform designed to deliver improved insights and increased value to clients.

He reports to CEO Jon Priest, who comments: 'Paul has a lot of innovative ideas coupled with excellent credentials and we're delighted to have him on board. He is a well respected name in the industry - his work and success at BrainJuicer speaks for itself. I have no doubt the business will benefit from his considerable skills and experience.'
