Myers Crosses Pond to Lead Ipsos Marketing in UK

Ipsos MORI has transferred Rob Myers from his role as President of Marketing in the US, to the post of Managing Director for Ipsos Marketing in the UK. He replaces Susan Malcolm who is relocating to Australia for personal reasons.

Rob MyersMyers had held his most recent role since January, following Ipsos' acquisition of Synovate last October. Prior to this, he was Synovate's EVP, North America and its MD for Canada/Head of Motor North America. He earlier served as Director of Corporate Development for former Synovate parent Aegis, and as a Senior Manager at American Express Strategy.

Malcolm joined the firm last September from her previous role as Director at independent data analysis company Octopus.im. Prior to this, she spent ten years at Nielsen, latterly as a 'Master Black Belt of Global Consumer Products', and she worked client-side as Market Research Manager at Kelloggs, and in marketing and information systems management at Cadbury Schweppes / Coca-Cola in the UK and US. She also spent eight years as an Executive Director at ACNielsen in Australia.
