Marketron Launches Location Targeting Service

Marketron, which develops business software for the media industry, has launched a mobile ad targeting solution, allowing users to send relevant communications to consumers based on their exact location.

Its new location-based advertising service pinpoints a consumer's location and then delivers a corresponding ad on their mobile device. Marketron says that with location-verified inventory from nearly 10,000 publishers in North America, and direct access to trading desks and networks, targeted campaigns can go live in hours instead of weeks.
