High Net Worth Panel Launched

Stockholm, Sweden-based High Net Worth Individuals specialist Red Carpet Research (RCR) has launched an access panel, LuxuryOpinions.com, billed as the first of its kind in Europe.

The first launch will be in the UK and is scheduled for the first week of January 2015, but RCR says it plans to add a new market every six to eight weeks.

The firm says the product is 'the first independent access panel of affluent and HNWIs in Europe', and will give clients in luxury and wealth management companies - and their agency partners - robust data sets for an 'elusive' demographic. To combat affluent individuals' aversion to joining panels, RCR says it has used partnerships with 'sources with deep access to wealthy individuals' and taken a detailed approach to sampling, individually researching and manually validating each respondent.

CEO Lars Long says respondent reluctance has meant online research in this segment has been 'severely limited' and comments: 'We are here to forever change this and to empower reliable, repeatable and robust research within this hard-to-reach group.' He continues: 'In many cases, our panelists are millionaires who expect and receive white glove service. Our incentive program matches their lifestyle and our surveys are limited to luxury and wealth management subject areas.'
