Turner Broadcasting has brought together its Data and Content teams to launch an insights-powered unit called Turner Ignite, which will focus on enhancing the ad viewing experience and driving improved ad performance.Led by Dan Riess, Head of Content Partnerships, and Michael Strober, Head of Client Strategy & Ad Innovation, the new unit will offer a suite of planning, creative, targeting and measuring solutions. Its first tool is called 'Turner Native Plus', which expands native advertising to television, and utilizes targeting capabilities to find the best placement across the entire portfolio.
The quite adds to existing products such as Launchpad, which combines Turner's branded content and real-time social media analytics; TargetingNOW, designed to target a specific audience; and the Turner Data Cloud, which helps brands better connect with the right audience by finding new segments.
