Research software firm Confirmit has partnered with video-based insight specialist LivingLens, to offer video capture and analysis within its Horizons platform, for use in market research studies, voice of the customer (VoC) and voice of the employee (VoE) programmes.
The Confirmit/LivingLens solution integrates video feedback with other survey response data, by embedding video-based questions into MR, VoC or VoE surveys. Video responses are catalogued in LivingLens' visualisation platform for tagging, transcribing, translating and filtering. Users can then analyse the resulting data, whatever the language, and insight stories can be shared as clips or showreels.
