Predictive Intelligence Firm Motista Expands to Chicago

San Francisco-based predictive intelligence specialist Motista has opened a new office in downtown Chicago.

The firm, which also has offices in Dallas, New York, and Washington, DC, has compiled an 'Emotional Connection Database' from several million customers, detailing their connection with nearly 1,000 brands across dozens of B2C and B2B industries. Combining the social sciences of anthropology and psychology with this mass of data, the firm then applies statistical models to determine the precise emotions most likely to be driving customer behavior.

Motista's new office is located in the historic Adlake building at 320 W. Ohio, known as the gateway to Chicago's River North neighborhood, and offers flexible expansion options as the firm continues to hire new staff.
