German-based customer experience management software provider moveXM has acquired Dutch CX measurement firm inceptivize BV, which focuses on customer feedback relating to social housing. Terms of the buy were not disclosed.moveXM was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main,. Its software solutions allow companies to measure, analyze, and improve their customer and employee experiences throughout the entire journey.
Established a dozen years ago, inceptivize BV offers advanced feedback management along with consulting expertise for the Netherlands' housing associations or woningbouwcorporatie. moveXM says the acquisition, backed by Pride Capital Partners, will mean deeper expertise and more technological innovation in the field of social housing in the future, including through the use of AI and the greater integration of employee feedback.
