Trinity McQueen employs 35 consultants and last year achieved turnover of around £6m. Hume joined the company in 2012, when it was still known as Brass Insight, and was promoted to the Board last year. She starts in her new role this month.
Horsfield says of the decision: 'Anna and I have jointly led Trinity McQueen since its foundation twelve years ago. The time is right to seek fresh leadership as we evolve and prepare for the next phase of our journey. Danielle is a first-rate leader. Her passion for excellent client service and her desire to see our people thrive made this a natural appointment.' Hume herself adds: 'Naturally, I'm excited and extremely proud to become Trinity McQueen's new MD. The consultancy has an impressive client portfolio and strong culture. I look forward to working with everyone, to deliver a strategy that continues to add value to our clients and ensures we're a great place to work for our people.'
The composition of the firm's management team will not change, with co-directors Simon Shaw and Laura Morris remaining in post.
