InnovateMR Adds to Anti-Fraud Solutions

In Calabasas, CA, sampling and MR tech firm InnovateMR and its sister company Ivy Exec have announced improved multi-layer anti-fraud tools including an upgraded Text Analyzer and newly introduced biometric validation.

The firm's services and solutions include end-to-end survey programming, international sampling, qual and quant insights and custom consulting. Ivy Exec's expert network gives another angle to this, including a deeper understanding of market targets and an exclusive network of 2.5 million subject matter experts for B2B.

InnovateMR says 'traditional' methods like digital fingerprinting remain essential but are no longer sufficient on their own: therefore a multi-layered approach / toolkit is used, incorporating AI, biometric validation and NLP-based text analysis as well as 'dynamic red herrings', a proprietary fraud scoring system and profiling tools.

Text Analyzer, a proprietary AI-powered tool first introduced in 2017 and making increasing use of machine learning techniques, validates open-ended responses, detects AI-generated content, and assesses contextual depth and subject matter expertise to ensure responses are 'authentic, relevant, and human.' The tool is now available via API integration or via DIY access, allowing integration of real-time validation into researchers' existing workflows.

The firms' biometric validation includes facial recognition, voice pattern analysis and keystroke dynamics. These are used to verify respondent identity while remaining fully compliant with global privacy regulations including the GDPR and CCPA.
