Press Ganey Forsta was formed in 2022 when research tech pioneer Forsta - itself a combination a year earlier of software firms Confirmit and FocusVision - was acquired by healthcare experience specialist Press Ganey. The combined entity offers tech and expertise to help clients in healthcare, financial services, technology and other sectors understand the experiences of their audiences and customers, via its HX (Human Experience) Platform.
InMoment was formed from the merger a decade ago of US firm Mindshare Technologies and Canada's Empathica, and offers an 'Experience Improvement (XI)' platform which analyzes and evaluates enterprise experience data and customer feedback. The buy brings its conversational intelligence, reputation management and customer experience expertise together with Press Ganey Forsta's solutions to facilitate 'omni-channel listening' for clients - including call centers, social reviews, surveys and other interactions. It also gives the buyer deeper expertise across industries such as retail, hospitality, automotive and financial services, as well as richer patient insights.
John Lewis, Chairman and CEO of InMoment says the deal makes his company 'part of an organization that has a demonstrated track record of innovation and elevating both the consumer and employee voice.' He adds: 'Together, we have the resources to deliver even greater value to our clients - through faster insights, more advanced research toools, and expanded expertise.'
Kyle Ferguson (pictured), CEO of Press Ganey Forsta' cross-industries division, comments: 'InMoment and Press Ganey Forsta are both recognized by Gartner as Leaders in the Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer Platforms, each bringing highly complementary strengths. Together, from day one, we'll offer clients even more powerful experience and research tools to drive measurable outcomes'.
