Ipsos Synthesio Adds Rapid Reporting Hybrid Offer

In India, social listening and consumer intelligence unit Ipsos Synthesio has launched a service called Express Insights, promising a six-hour turnaround for social listening insights combined with the global group's research expertise, ready for strategic decision making.

Maitreyi MenonIpsos Synthesio's AI-enabled platform combines social, search and survey data from more than 800 million data sources, with Ipsos' worldwide industry expertise, local context and market research rigor.

The new Express Insights offer delivers for clients across 177 product categories, and breaks down its insights across seven standard business objectives in three categories:

  1. Understand Consumers - including
    • moments and routines and
    • motivation and needs.
  2. Consumer pain points, addressing
    • consumer pain points and need gaps and
    • consumer innovation and solution gaps.
  3. Identify Trends, with 3 sub-heads
    • flavour and ingredients
    • format and products and
    • quick brand KPIs in competitive context.

Each report from the new tool looks at one use case per category, is a 5-slider templatised deck and can look at twelve months of backdated data, according to Maitreyi Menon, Country Lead for Ipsos Synthesio, India. Menon comments: 'In the new normal of a hyperconnected world where social media and hashtags are the call of the day, our endeavour is to provide marketers fast access to learnings (all within 6 working hours) to take timely actions.'
