In Las Vegas, employee experience platform Teleskope Technologies has received a 'significant minority investment' from SEVA Growth LP - its first outside institutional capital - for use in scaling its product and boosting its go-to-market efforts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Teleskope was founded in 2020, and helps major companies to 'onboard, develop and engage' their global workforces, through an end-to-end platform which includes Employee Resource Groups (ERGs); mentoring, learning and development; employee events & communications; and employee journey management.
SEVA's founder and Managing Partner, Shalin Mehta, will join Teleskope's Board of Directors, and comments: 'SEVA is excited to support Teleskope, which continues to define and lead the employee-experience category for some of the world's largest and most respected businesses.
