CSA's core services include CSA Tech which includes a range of digital tools and services focused on automation, data integration and digital transformation; CSA Science which includes proprietary tools that place measurement at the heart of marketing strategies; and CSA Consult which is a global network of experts offering strategic insights to accelerate client growth.
The group acquired MR group CSA a decade ago, and two years ago announced a roll-out for the brand, now established as its consumer behavior specialist business and comprising tech expert network CSA Consult; digital services and data integration / automation suite CSA Tech; and CSA Science, a set of measurement capabilities and proprietary tools.
The 2023 launch included France, Italy, Spain, the UK, the USA and LATAM, and the division is now present also in the Middle East, Australia and China. Havas also strengthened it in September with the acquisition of data agency DMPG, giving its clients access to capabilities that deliver and measure the business impact of omnichannel marketing, and CSA now boasts a team of over 400 specialists spanning data science, AI, behavioural economics, MarTech and digital strategy.
McNeely (pictured), who takes the title of Head of CSA, Southeast Asia, brings more than thirteen years of experience across data, analytics and MarTech. He will be based in Singapore and will report directly to Pankaj Nayak, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and President - SEA, Havas Media.
