Leeds-based insight consultancy Boxclever has welcomed John Spencer as a Senior Manager in its analytics team.Boxclever was founded in 2010 by three former Nunwood execs. The firm offers research into customer experience, proposition development and pricing, segmentation, brand strategy and marketing effectiveness.
Spencer cut his teeth in corporate reputation research and brand/CX tracking, before focusing on advanced analytics. He joins from the Ministry of Justice where he has spent almost four years working as a Senior Research Officer. Before that he was an AD at Trinity McQueen for three years, after eighteen months as an Insight manager at KPMG Nunwood. Earlier in his career he spent three years apiece at YouGov and Ipsos.
