Headquartered in Copenhagen and known initially as Magic Feedback, the firm was founded in 2023 by former Google engineers Nima Vali Rajabi (now CEO) and Francisco Arias (now CTO). Focused on automating the collection and analysis of feedback, it quickly dropped the idea of using third party AI and developed proprietary, in-house models with the aim of improving quality, control and privacy. The platform integrates with Intercom, Zendesk and HubSpot among other packages.
The round was led by European b2b software investor Dawn Capital, with participation from Maki,vc and a number of angel investors.
Rajabi comments: 'Customer feedback has always been one of the richest sources of insight, yet unlocking its value at scale has remained painfully manual and fragmented. At deepdots, we are building the AI infrastructure that turns every piece of feedback into a clear and actionable insight, instantly. Whether it is millions of reviews, surveys, or support tickets, we help companies close the customer feedback loop in real time and make smarter decisions faster.'
'Every company we work with gets their own dedicated model,' says Arias (pictured), 'stored on a private server. This allows us to train each model with their unique business context in mind, without any risk of data being shared or cross-trained across clients.'
The firm is on the web at www.deepdots.com .
