First Intake for BEESY Graduate Program

In Summit, NJ, pharma-focused behavioral science agency BEESY has announced a new professional development initiative, with four part-time Junior Associates joining the company. The four are Devanshi Trivedi, Gili Pick, Rei Bao and Savannah Rose.

BEESY taps behavioral science to help healthcare and biopharma companies understand customers and market more effectively. The firm was founded in 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US chief Elys Roberts.

The new Junior Associate Program is designed to provide Master's students with hands-on experience in healthcare market research and applied behavioral science, along with an opportunity to secure a role upon graduation. The firm says these four were selected for 'their passion for applying behavioral science to real-world healthcare challenges'.

Trivedi (pictured top left) holds a BA in Neuroscience & an MSc in Psychological Research from Oxford University, and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago. Her work includes analyzing large-scale educational intervention data from Chicago's NORC, and experience supporting clinical research on Alzheimer's prevention in women at Weill Cornell Medicine.

Pick (top right) is currently completing an Honors degree in Economics & Data Science at Carleton University, and recently worked at Apex Fusion on projects including research on cryptocurrency exchange entry using AI agents.

Bao (below left) is a graduate student in Computational Social Science at the University of Chicago, holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA, and notes a strong interest in finding thoughtful and transparent ways to integrate AI into market research.

Rose (below right) holds a Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, and has worked previously in UX research roles at firms including ed tech company Promethean and UK-based health testing firm Preventx. She is also a published psychology researcher in the field of mental health.

Roberts says of the new program: 'The excitement this is generating throughout the team and the sheer quality of our first intake has made me a believer. Welcome to our brilliant inaugural class!'
