Leadership Promotions at VSA

In Chicago, strategy and creative agency VSA Partners has announced three senior promotions: YanYan Zhang and Kim Mickenberg to Partner, and Susan Pfeifer - already a Partner - to Head of Operations.

VSA brings together consumer data, insights and human-centered design to help clients with branding, advertising, data science challenges and technology transformation; and is also a member of the Meet The People international family of unified and independent agencies.

Zhang has worked at the firm for nearly two decades, delivering solutions across the financial, technology and commodities sectors, as well as for local nonprofits. Mickenberg serves as leader of the company's campaigns practice, and since joining in 2017 has led campaign and brand-building efforts for major clients. Pfeifer joined VSA in 2014, and will now take on additional responsibilities as Head of Operations. The firm says she has played a key role in streamlining processes and optimizing operating models.

VSA's seven-member leadership team is now composed of five women.
