New GGWP Tool Analyses Gamer Conversations in Real Time

In the US, gaming communities specialist GGWP has launched a solution called GGWP Pulse, promising real-time insights and sentiment analysis, from previously unseen and unheard in-game conversations.

GGWP's 'Community Copilot' software analyzes anonymized text and voice data from gamers' conversations and communications, in real time and in eighteen languages, allowing moderators to spot emerging problems and developers to access data and insights on what their players truly think about their games.

Pulse, which is already being used by a number of the firm's key clients, allows clients to capture the 'raw' opinions and feelings of gamers, while they are involved in play, and to identify player sentiments and trending topics in real time, allowing for quicker response times, improved player engagement and better-informed updates or patches.
