July 16 2025

AI-empowered insight company Verve has announced nine promotions, including that of Ben McIntyre to Lead Product Manager for its advanced AI platform Vero.

Ben McIntyreVerve, which is headquartered in London and began life as a specialist in community panels, brings together human expertise, cultural intelligence and proprietary technology. The company partners with DJS Research and Basis Global in data quality and sustainable research initiative CoLab, which aims to bring like-minded agencies, brands and consumers together to address what the backers call 'the growing respondent quality problem'.

McIntyre (pictured) joined the firm more than three years ago as a Senior Consultant, and has combined MR and AI expertise to become 'a driving force' behind Vero, including proprietary AI tools Verve Maven and Verve Intelligent Personas. In his new role, he will oversee the development team as they continue to pioneer new ways to deliver AI-empowered insight.

Verve has also promoted Caroline Green from AD to Director. She joined the firm twelve years ago after working at Tpoll and Hall & Partners, and has played a 'pivotal' role in achieving and maintaining Verve's ISO 27001 accreditation, according to the firm. In her new role she will continue to oversee the company's privacy management, ensuring compliance, education and best practice for clients.

With the Consultancy team, the company has also promoted Talia Austin and Ellinor Ottosson to Senior Consultant; Rachel Hughes, Saskia Racké, Will Wallis to Consultant; and Thokozani Ntuli to Associate Consultant. In the Enablement team, Petronela Oatu becomes Senior Scripter, 'in recognition of her technical expertise and commitment to excellence.'
