Four More Join Fast-Growing IFF

London-based IFF Research has announced four appointments, bringing to eighteen the number added to its headcount since the New Year. Julie Vincent and Dr Andi Fugard join as Research Directors, George Singleton as a Senior Research Manager, and Hannah Russell as an RM.

Julie Vincent and Dr Andi FugardEstablished sixty years ago this year as a b2b specialist, IFF now provides insight to the private, public and voluntary sectors across ten key sectors, many with a social and government slant.

Vincent joins in the Higher Education team and brings almost 30 years of experience in the sector, from both agency and client side, including worked with more than 35 UK universities and education bodies. She spent eleven years at Sheffield Hallam University, latterly as MR Manager; ran her own consultancy for ten years and has recently served as Head of Insight at the University of Kent.

Fugard's appointment will strengthen IFF's quantitative impact evaluation expertise, with more than fifteen years of experience in social research and academia, specialising in randomised controlled trials and quasi-experimental designs. A member of the UK government's Evaluation and Trial Advice Panel, Fugard has worked in policy areas such as crime and justice, mental health, and education; was a lecturer at UCL and Birkbeck, University of London; and since 2021 has served in senior roles at NatCen and Verian.

Singleton previously worked for four years at Savanta, leading research across public policy and regulation in sectors including technology, finance, energy, healthcare, transport and housing. Russell has a background in teaching and four years of research experience at York Consulting, working across education, health and social care, children's services and workplace skills.
