The firm was launched in 2016 by Stefanie Francis (pictured), who previously co-founded Arizona-based measurement, insights and sponsorship ROI firm Navigate Research, and helped run it for nine years. HOOQZ boasts immersive, in-conversation analysis which it says 'dramatically increases engagement' and helps researchers understand the reasons behind consumer decisions.
'By creating dynamic discussions that develop according to participant input in real time,' says CEO Francis, 'our platform doesn't just gather data, it curates smart conversations to uncover qual-level sentiments at quant-level scale, narrowing the gap between 'think' and 'know'.'
