Manchester, UK-based product intelligence platform Vypr has promoted Sam Gilding to International Chief Revenue Officer, as it expands in new markets.

Vypr offers global brands 'quick and actionable consumer insight' based on behavioural science, to help bring new products to market or to improve their current ranges. Its platform combines expert support with research technology, offering a mixture of qual and quant functionality facilitated via mobile-first consumer communities. In April the firm raised £4m from specialist private equity firm YFM, taking its total to date above £13m and allowing the firm to accelerate its recent expansion into the US, Australia and new European international markets, as well as adjacent sectors.
Gilding (pictured) joined the company ins 2020 and is promoted from Sales & Marketing Director. In his new role he will head up the international team, joined by two senior promotees focused on lead business development in global markets, and a further two external hires dedicated to international growth. The latter include former BrightHR employee Josh Leung, recently appointed as Demand Generation Specialist for Global Markets.
