Criteo Hires for Senior Product Roles

Criteo has appointed Wilfried Schobeiri as SVP, Head of Product, Performance Media; and Sandeep Hejmadi as Senior Product Director, Data Marketplace.

Wilfried SchobeiriCriteo's 'Commerce Media Platform' uses consumer purchase intent and other data from more than $1 trillion in annual commerce sales, from thousands of partners in digital and off-line retail, to help clients connect with shoppers, facilitate product discovery, and personalize experiences. In January it appointed Michael Komasinski as its new Chief Exec, replacing longtime Nielsen exec Megan Clarken.

Schobeiri brings more than two decades of experience building global technology organizations and scaling product development teams. He worked previously as CTO at ad tech firm Ogury; in the same role at fintech and data infrastructure company Banyan; and as SVP and Chief Product Officer at Revantage, leading the development of Blackstone's global real estate data platform. Earlier in his career he was CTO and Chief Product Officer at MediaMath, and as a Board member of the IAB Tech Lab he helped develop the association's European Transparency & Consent Framework. In his new role, reporting to Chief Product Officer Todd Parsons, he will lead further development of Criteo's performance media offerings into a full-funnel, cross-channel, self-service platform for marketers.

Hejmadi joins with fifteen years of experience at companies including Snowflake, Amazon, Walmart, Rakuten, Acxiom and Yahoo, leading the development of data infrastructure and identity solutions for privacy-first advertising. Now reporting to Arnaud Chataignier, VP of Platform Services, his remit includes strengthening the firm's AI capabilities and creating new data offerings for the agentic era.
