Glassbox Hires First Customer Chief

In New York, Glassbox, which provides digital experience analytics for web and mobile applications, has appointed Ido Ophir in the new role of Chief Customer Officer.

Ido OphirGlassbox's AI-driven platform captures, analyzes and optimizes user sessions and interactions across the full range of digital channels, including web and mobile, helping clients to enhance digital experiences, improve brand loyalty and drive revenue growth.

Ophir brings more than twenty years of experience in enterprise software, focused on customer success, product and professional services sectors. He joins following more than ten years at Personetics, and worked earlier at financial crime and compliance specialist NICE Actimize. In his new role, he will work with the company's leadership team to scale global success programs, strengthen executive partnerships, provide upscaled service for larger enterprises and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
