RealityMine Hires US Business Development Lead

Manchester, UK-based RealityMine has appointed Adam Portner as SVP Client Development, strengthening the firm's US presence and with a focus on serving tech and media clients on the West Coast.

Adam PortnerRealityMine uses opt-in behavioural data to deliver a picture of consumer behaviour on digital platforms across all devices, from app and web usage to e-commerce, mobility and media consumption. Uses include competitive intelligence, product and platform strategy, and training proprietary AI models.

Portner (pictured) brings more than 25 years of experience to the role. He joins after brief stints at L&E Research and Vista Grande, before which he spent six to eight years each in Client Service and Development roles at Prodege, Research Now, MetrixLab and IRI. He has also served on the Advisory Board of Australia-based Glow, helping to promote its Social Responsibility Score. He holds an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Management.

In his new role, based in the Bay Area, Portner will lead RealityMine's business development activity on the ground in the United States, expanding client relationships and unlocking new opportunities at a time of 'dramatic growth' for the company.
