RepData Adds Former Kantar CIO Baldini to Board

In New Orleans, research data and fraud prevention solutions firm RepData has appointed former Kantar CIO Joseph 'Joe' Baldini to its Board of Directors.

Rep Data was founded in 2019 by former Lucid and Research Now exec Patrick Stokes, and offers full service quant data collection solutions. In 2023 it acquired data quality and anti-fraud software platform Research Defender (previously SampleChain), whose software matches respondents to relevant surveys and prevents sample fraud / duplication. The firm also offers Research Desk, a centralized DIY sampling platform that enhances efficiency and data quality.

Baldini brings more than two decades of product development and enterprise technology leadership, from both high-growth startups and global enterprises. As Chief Information Officer at Kantar, he was responsible for creating and delivering the group's technology strategy worldwide; earlier he was VP of Engineering and Product Development at Lightspeed GMI (later acquired by Kantar), and before this he served in senior technology roles at Apollo Intelligence, Muze Inc., Sabey DataCenter, Exodus Communications, and Premera Blue Cross.
