Further Funds for Hightouch

July 30 2025

In the US, decision data platform Hightouch has announced an investment from Snowflake Ventures and Capital One Ventures, extending an oversubscribed series C round. The platform helps companies activate their data warehouses for use in personalized marketing and enhancing business efficiency.

Tejas ManoharHightouch acquired data profiling and modeling specialist HeadsUp in November 2023, for an undisclosed sum; and was valued less than six months ago at $1.2bn with the raising of its initial $80m series C.

The firm's 'AI Decisioning' agentic AI product for lifecycle marketing was launched last year, and works by continuously experimenting with messaging, timing and channel decisions to optimize marketing to every customer. In March this year it appointed Lindsay McEwan as General Manager of EMEA, to roll the product out in Europe.

The latest funds will fuel the firm's ongoing R&D into how AI agents can transform marketing workflows, including the investigation of new use cases.

CEO and co-founder Tejas Manohar (pictured) comments: 'This investment is a major vote of confidence in our vision for AI-powered marketing. We've seen incredible traction with AI Decisioning, and this investment enables us to scale faster, deliver even more value to customers, and continue reimagining how businesses personalize experiences through data and AI. The investment from Snowflake Ventures will also help accelerate the development of our joint solutions, further empowering our mutual customers to activate their data and enhance their marketing capabilities.'
