InnovateMR is headquartered in Calabasas, CA, and provides tech solutions for agile research, operating panels of diverse business and consumer audiences. In January 2023 it acquired Ivy Exec, giving its clients access to a network of more than 2.5 million B2B professionals for qualitative research.
The Text Analyzer tool was first introduced in 2017, aiming to help researchers validate open-ended responses at scale, in real time. This includes identifying and filtering out profanities, spelling errors, duplications, gibberish, automated responses and those with unnatural timing - as well as any Personally identifiable information (PII). The software checks immediately for contextual relevance, 'catching' problematic replies in real time; and an upgrade a year ago added support for US and UK English, Spanish, French and German, as well as an API integrated the solution seamlessly into existing survey platforms.
CEO Lisa Wilding-Brown (pictured) says the Text Analyzer 'is more than just a tool, it's a safeguard for truth in research.' She adds: 'By integrating AI detection, we're helping clients stay ahead of emerging challenges while unlocking deeper, more authentic insights.'
