In Birmingham, UK, behavioural insights consultancy M.E.L Research has appointed Beth Harcourt as Marketing Manager and Leyla Ahmed as a Research Manager.

The company works across sectors including health, education, waste and resource, wellbeing, housing and development, policing and community resilience, arts, culture and heritage, transport and infrastructure.
Harcourt (pictured below) brings more than a decade of marketing experience, including social media, digital strategy and content creation, both from the MR sector (three years at DJS Research) and from pharmaceuticals, fitness and leisure, and the not-for-profit sector.
Ahmed (pictured above) joins with six years of experience from London agency IFF Research, as a Field Interviewer and then an SRE. She has delivered social research projects for central government, local authorities and charities, on topics including immigration, youth employment, early family support and community engagement, with a strong focus on inclusivity and equity.
