NYC-headquartered Sprinklr was led by its founder Ragy Thomas until last year and has grown rapidly for most of its sixteen years. In March it reported annual revenue up 9% to $796.4m, for the fiscal year ended January 31st, notwithstanding a rapid change of personnel at the top: former COO Trac Pham joined Thomas as co-CEO in 2024, and five months later Rory Read replaced both of them as sole Chief Exec.
Rambusch (pictured), who reports to Read, joins from Philips Healthcare, where as SVP Services and Solution Delivery for North America he led the 3000+ employee organization responsible for all facets of customer relations and retention. Before this he spent more than twenty years in a variety of services, support, product and quality management leadership roles at Dell. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and is based in Austin, TX.
'Our services and support organizations are a vital element of our strategy to reenergize and grow Sprinklr's core social and marketing products' says Read, 'while we harden and expand Sprinklr Service. With Bit leading these organizations, we believe we can build a lasting culture of customer-centricity and help our customers realize the full potential of our AI-powered platform.'
