Stakeholder communications and reputation intelligence firm Penta Group has been acquired by Shamrock Capital, an LA-based investment firm.

Washington, DC-based Penta combines proprietary AI and advanced data products with expertise in business, policy and communications expertise to help clients across all stakeholder groups, from policymakers and investors to customers and employees.
Shamrock, which was founded in 1978 as the family investment company for the late Roy E. Disney, says its investment will 'supercharge' Penta's already rapid growth trajectory, boosting its proprietary data, analytics and AI capabilities and extending its global footprint. Shamrock's other recent investments have included TV ad measurement specialist EDO, personalized video content creation platform VidMob and UX research firm AnswerLab.
