Canadian-owned market research and analytics firm Leger has created a Shopper Insights division, and appointed Stéphane Drouin to lead it as Senior Vice President.The new division will focus on analyzing the in-store customer and shopper journey, supporting retailer clients with optimization of their brand strategy product offerings and in-store experiences. The unit pulls together behavioural data, advanced analytics, and high-value strategic consulting, and enhances existing offers including Leger's WOW and Reputation studies.
Drouin joins with more than 30 years of experience in the retail sector, and has served as President of the Quebec Council for Retail (CQCD). He worked for sixteen years as President of SVM, a retail marketing agency; and ten as President of business consulting and services firm Groupe C inc.
