Raft of Promotions for UK Firm DJS Research

Northern England-based insights firm DJS Research has announced a number of summer promotions, including those of Amy Greenwood and Vicky Mullis, who become Associate Research Directors; and the creation of Data Team Leader roles for Jason Fairhust and Jo Miller.

Employee-owned DJS works by building small teams of sector-focused experts, led by Directors closely involved with project design and delivery, and prides itself on flexible, tailored solutions.

The firm has also promoted Holly Collins and Alexandre Tatry-Gautier to Senior Research Manager roles, and since January has made eight further promotions.

Greenwood joined the firm in 2021 as a Research Manager, and plays an active role in the company's training programme. Director Helen Menzies says she has 'a natural ability to handle complex projects with ease and excellent client management skills.' Mullis joined the company in the Spring of 2023 and has become a key senior member of the Haven Hill research team, focusing on the project management and delivery of some of their most complex accounts. She holds a voluntary role as a Specialist Enterprise Advisor for the Greater Manchester Enterprise Advisor network, connecting young people with employers to deliver meaningful career interactions; and according to the firm has forged a close relationship with a local high school, helping to coordinate support at careers events across the year.

The promotions of Fairhurst and Miller are part of a wider restructuring of the operations team, and DJS says the new roles 'will help facilitate a greater focus on mentoring and training as well as sharing management responsibilities.'

Other Research side promotees this year are Jullie Hollingsworth, to Research Director; Grace Middleton, to AD: Rachel Bond to Senior RM, Emily Ward to RM and Laura Stewart to Marketing & Communications Lead. Also upper on the Operations side are Kerry Boother, now Panel Executive; Nathan Alsop, now Deputy Operations Manager in CATI; and Jodie Lodge, promoted to Data Executive.
